Today we attended a property that had a leak under the kitchen sink. On inspection we found whoever fitted the taps had used plastic pipes without any inserts and also overtightened fittings. These were stripped out and replaced with copper pipe and new olives. On Saturday we received a WhatsApp message from a lady, who’s boiler had broken.
I initiated the conversation and asked for further details including her address…
The lady lived in London and so we were unable to attend under an emergency call-out.
I talked the lady through how to fix the boiler (dropped pressure) and through messaging we were able to fix it, free of charge and remotely.
Not only did we go above and beyond but the lady saved a significant amount of money by not having to call out a plumber over the weekend.
You don’t get that level of service from a corporate 🙌🏻 😊
